Experience The Joy of Birth

    * Research shows hypnosis in birth produces a shorter, more comfortable labor

    * Enhance the creation of the body’s own natural anesthesia

    * Discover how to maximize the neuro-muscular harmony of the mother’s body designed to work in harmony with nature throughout labor

    * Techniques to eliminate fatigue during labor, leaving mother fresh, alert and with energy for the actual birthing stage

    * Focus on the importance of prenatal bonding

    * Encourage empowerment for birthing women

    * Returns birthing to the beautiful, peaceful experience that nature intended

    * Experience the deep level of relaxation to eliminate fear and tension that can cause long labor and pain ~ replacing it with confidence, calmness and comfort

During the program, the women are encouraged to address emotional issues or concerns, such as, mother / daughter relationship challenges, fears in childbirth or the transition into motherhood, etc.

The women/couples have the option of booking a private session, before or after giving birth (for a reduced fee after taking the workshop) to address personal challenges (i.e., birth trauma, fear release, deepen your practice of hypnosis for birth, lactation, weight loss, fatigue)

My intention is to give women the tools, the inner resources to create the experience of labor to be like one long, active meditation. A continual spiral inward that opens the body as the petals of a flower opens under the warmth of the sun.

Hello. I am interested in taking the joy of birth workshop. Are you located in Ottawa? Would you have any of these workshops scheduled in the near future and what is the price?

Thank you,
Sandy
